There are many benefits of juicing. The reason people should juice is because they aren't taking in enough NUTRIENTS in their daily diets like vegetables and fruits. There wouldn't be any need to juice if you are taking in the proper amount of veggies and fruits daily. But who wants to do that? There fore it's easier to just drink it. In one drink you can get at least five servings of veggies and fruits in one glass. Eating fruits and vegetables tricks your stomach into thinking it's full because they are so full of fiber instead of eating empy calories. Instead of thinking about counting calories and worrying about how many calories you are taking in you want to think about how much nutrition you are taking in. Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and full of nutrition therefore filling your stomach.
