New Trend:Caveman Diet Plan

I have been trying this new diet trend craze for that past few weeks and it really works, the Caveman Diet! I have lost 8 pounds in two weeks! Basically it's going back to the basic as the name says, Caveman! Some people also refer to it as the Paleo diet. You are basically eating what people in the paleolithic times ate!

3. You can find the foods anywhere
4. If you are allergic to foods this is definitely for you 
5. Includes all food groups yet in different proportions than the "Ameriacn" Food Pyramid.

This food pyramid is somewhat different than the food pyramid we have been taught since we were small yet it has worked for decades! We got lazy and wet to frozen dinners and process foods!  This diet it great and I think everyone should try it !
