Women's Health Magazine is a great resource for women in their teens and up! This magazine is offered online and in stores. It's has articles about fitness, food, weight loss, health, beauty, and style. It's everything a woman could want in one magazine. There is a great article I found about a juicing detox, juicing benefits, and juicing recipes for weight loss. The article takes you day by day to what your body experiences during your juicing journey. If looking at the magazine online clock on the "weight loss" tab and look through the foods that can help aid in weight loss. These are the foods you want to eat after your juice diet. You don't want to jump right back in to eating whole foods. Especially not cooked food. After my juicing journey I will transition my blog into discussing how you should transition out of juicing and into eating healthy and into a healthier lifestyle. I think the best resource you can use is Women's Health Magazine especially if you don't want to buy any cookbooks or do further research. They post recipes daily and always have great articles and reliable information on easy ways to eat healthy and foods to eat that help you to lost tummy fat! Isn't that what every woman wants! If you're reading my blog and you're not a woman then their is also a Men's Health and Fitness Magazine as well who discuss the same points but it's catered to men.
